We had our house built by Seiko Total Home this January!

They provided a lot of support from the land search stage, and during the planning of our new home, they gave us advice on the floor plan and our wishes, and made sure they were fulfilled!

We've actually lived in it and spent the winter here, and above all, it's incredibly warm! Turning on the heating for about an hour in the morning keeps it warm until night, so we didn't need to turn it on at all except in the morning!

My children and husband even wore just their underwear in the winter!

Everyone who visited our house was surprised by how warm it was!

Also, our winter electricity bill was only 10,000 yen with our all-electric system.

Previously, we lived in a 2DK apartment, and our winter gas and electricity bills were around 16,000 yen, so we were surprised at how low our electricity bill is this time.

We're currently living in the summer, and it's very comfortable!

Furthermore, they respond quickly to maintenance requests after the house is built.

Above all, the president and his wife, and their son, were all wonderful people, and I'm so glad that I was able to build my dream home with Seiko Total Home!

Thank you so much for everything!

We chose Seiko Total Home for our new home because of their high performance, airtightness, and design flexibility. We lived in the house for about six months, experiencing both summer and winter.

It's cool and dry in the summer and warm in the winter. We always dried our laundry indoors, and it always dried well. We installed solar panels and a battery storage system, which kept our electricity bills low.

They were also very helpful and accommodating with our requests regarding appliance installation and other matters.

I received excellent service for the renovation of my pre-owned property.

They sincerely addressed even seemingly difficult requests and several changes to the construction plan, ultimately proposing a renovation plan that perfectly suited my needs and lifestyle after the renovation. I am extremely satisfied!

Furthermore, the price was very reasonable; even though I was financially strapped after purchasing the property, they offered a price I was happy with. I'm so glad I chose this company for my renovation! ✨

I would definitely like to use their services again in the future! ♪♪

I was introduced to them through an acquaintance who runs a rescue dog, and after seeing the couple's personalities, construction methods, and model home, I made an immediate decision.

Even after construction, they've maintained a close relationship with my family, and their after-sales service is excellent, which gives me peace of mind.

I feel confident entrusting the project to their son in the future, and I'm so glad I chose them to build my house.

We've been relying on you since our new home was built.
You built it with solid wood and plaster, so it's a very comfortable place to live.
Also, because it's very airtight, the heat and cold are much less intense than our previous home.
You were also happy to help with any repairs that came up while we were living there, as was the case for us.
Your home is a model home, so we recommend that you first experience a home made of natural materials there.
